Can a Woman Be a Ruler In Times Of Peace And War?

STATE OPINION
Women can be as good as men at ruling.

REASON 1
Throughout the entire world history, in times in war and peace, there were many women leaders, EVEN BEFORE THE Byzantine times of Anna Comnena (1083 – 1153), and long, long after until today. The list of female leaders is endless, a few examples are:
Hatshepsut Queen of Egypt (15th century B.C), Nefertiti Queen of Egypt (14th Century B.C.), Sammuramat Assyrian Queen ( 9th Century B.C.), Cleopatra Queen of Egypt (69-30 B.C.), Eleanor of Aquitaine Queen of England and of France (1122-1202), Joan of Arc
Leader of the French Army (1412-1431), Isabella I of Castile Queen of Spain (1451-1504),
Catherine de Medici Queen of France (1519-1589), Mary Queen of Scots (1542-1587), Elizabeth I Queen of England (1533-1603), Amina Nigerian Queen, 1560-1610, Mbande Nzinga Angolan Queen (1582-1663) Catherine the Great Empress of Russia (1729-1796), Victoria Queen of England (1819-1901), Tzu-his Empress of China (1835-1908), Liliuokalani Last Monarch of Hawaii (1838-1917), Golda Meir Prime Minister of Israel, (1898-1978), Margaret Thatcher Prime Minister of England, b. 1925 etc etc etc

REASON 2
Fact is that men and women are mentally equal. In my class there are just as many clever girl students ie A students, as there are A boy students.

REASON 3
Women live longer; I see it from all my grannies friends that they are all outliving their husbands! So, maybe women can make good leaders because they will live longer to rule

CONCLUSION
So if the Question is whether I believe that a woman can be a strong leader as a man, all these women in history have proved that yes they are. Perhaps the word strong means physical strength, well women ofcourse are not as physically strong as men. But to be a leader does not require physical strength but mental strength, and here both men and women are equal. Plus women live longer.
